SELECTION OF GOODS
From the menu in the top menu you can choose goods by brand or filtration.
Choice of CZK / EUR currency in the top section of the Eshop. The tax document will then be in the selected currency.
Put the selected product into the basket either using the "CART" button or in detail.
To increase the number of pieces, click the "BASKET" button several times or enter the required number of arrows in detail. You can also adjust the number of pieces while completing your order.
The system informs you via a pop-up window about the cart content.
If you reach the Special Offer by quantity, Eshop will automatically recalculate the price according to the Special Offer price list.
Continue shopping or click "CART - Go to Cart" in the top right corner or in the pop-up window to send your order.
The shopping basket can be continuously checked by pressing the "CART - Go to basket" button.
Items in the cart can be deleted or their number can be adjusted.
To change the number of items in the basket, enter the number in the field or use the + and - buttons. The e-shop automatically recalculates the price according to the quantity of goods in the basket, where we state the total price without shipping with VAT.
CHECKING AND ADJUSTING THE ORDER
If you have selected and want to send your order, go to the basket using the button "CART - Go to Basket"
Check if necessary. adjust the number of items for each item
To add more items simply click on the menu selection or CONTINUE SHOPPING icon - the order will be saved.
Use the "DELETE" button in the cart to delete the desired item.
Make sure you really want the selected items and continue with the "CONTINUE ORDER" button
NEW USER REGISTRATION
In the section “Login / Registration” in the next step of the order you can choose whether you want to place the order without registration, or you are already a registered customer or you want to register for benefits. When registering, fill in all required fields and confirm the registration, then you will receive a confirmation Email message.
Registration is not a prerequisite for order completion
USER LOGIN TO THE SYSTEM
By entering your login email and password you will login to the system and you can order our products without any problems.
If you have forgotten your password, just click on "Login" next to "Forgot Password". Enter your login email address and send with the "SEND" button. Your login details will be generated and sent to your E-mail address.
In the customer administration you have an overview of the order history and you can find documents - Advance invoices and Invoices, which you can download at any time.
After logging in the E-shop for individual products will be shown prices including VAT, which belongs to the customer category in which you are.
ORDER WITHOUT REGISTRATION
In the section "Login / Register" in the next step of the order, you can choose an order without registration. Then fill in the Delivery address, if necessary. Billing information. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions and the processing of personal data for order purposes. The next step is to fill in the Shipping and Payment options. You will see a recapitulation of the order and the data you have entered. you can send us a message via the "Note" field. Then click the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button at the bottom right
METHOD OF TRANSPORT AND PAYMENT
Select shipping and payment options.
If you want to send the shipment to the Place of Delivery check the PPL Place of Delivery of the Czech Republic field and enter the name of the town in the Place of filling box. Eshop will offer you available points of sale in the city.
After selecting the shipping type, select the right payment type that suits you best
The shipping cost, goods, and total order will automatically appear in your Summary.
If all details are correct, click "COMPLETE ORDER" icon below to submit your order
The order is sent and the Eshop will display a short recapitulation with confirmation of sending the order and its number.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER RECEIVED
An order confirmation with all details is then automatically sent to your entered Email (in case of a prepayment to the Request for Payment account)

Always include the order number when communicating with us.
At the moment of sending your order begins processing, you will be informed about the status of the dispatch of the order by SMS (if you enter a mobile phone) and Email.
We send goods by PPL delivery service every day until 4 pm.
AFTER DELIVERY / ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Check the goods carefully after delivery.
If you find any damage to the shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the shipping service and write a damage report.
