50 years, two generations, just one coffee. The best. This is the motto that today’s Manuel brand strives to live by. It all began with Giuseppe De Giusti, who worked for a coffee roasting company in the 1950s in the picturesque town of Conegliano Veneto, at the foot of the Dolomites. He soon discovered that roasting coffee was not merely a job for him, but a passion and a calling. He learned to recognize the quality of roasted coffee beans at a glance – he truly understood coffee. Supported by his wife Bruna, he founded his own coffee roasting company. It was called “Manuel Caffè.” Together, they specialized in delivering the finest products to bars and cafés. Both were deeply passionate about their work and devoted themselves to it with great love. In doing so, they brought into the world not only masterpieces of coffee craftsmanship, but also three children: Emanuela, Mauro and Cristina. A new generation inherited their passion for coffee and continues to develop it further. Now a new chapter of the story begins – traditional yet full of new ideas, calm yet passionate, just like a cup of coffee. Manuel Caffè has set itself the goal of showing the whole world what a true Italian coffee break is all about. A ritual that becomes indispensable from the very first taste.
